“I had been training myself for a while, trying to get stronger and put on some lean muscle. Before starting Dean’s online training program I struggled with consistency and not having a set program meant that it was easier to skip a session, there was no accountability. I found myself only doing the exercises I enjoyed and not the ones I needed to do to get results. 

I now have accountability and am completing at least 3 training sessions per week, more consistent than I’ve ever been before. My strength has definitely improved and I can see the increase in my lean body mass. “I'm almost 39, a father of 3 young kids and life is busy juggling work and family commitments. It has been over 15 years since I have been anywhere near a gym.

I wanted to lose a few kilos and increase my energy levels to be able to keep up with the kids, but the idea of where to start was pretty daunting, which is why I had put it off for so many years.

When I reached out to Dean he was able to listen to my needs and concerns about my limited time and a number of old sporting injuries that I felt would limit my training. He was able to develop a great starting training program that enabled me to build strength and confidence. When I was ready he adapted the program to continue to push me and work towards my goals.

Since training with Dean my energy levels have increased, I am much more focused at work and I still have the energy to play with the kids when I get home.

“My main goal was to improve my overall fitness, both physical and mental. But the biggest challenge I had was attending the gym on a regular basis. It was all to easy to just stop going for months on end.

Dean regularly changes and updates my training programs as well as providing accountability, which meant I was not only going to the gym regularly but I was never getting bored or finding my results plateauing.
